Cocktails and Clowns 2015 I recently had the pleasure of working with the Young Friends of St. Louis Children's Hospital on the 2015 Cocktails and Clowns event. Here's a look at some of the items I worked on: The invitations were printed in gold and black on a luxe cream paper, all sealed up in a gold shimmer envelope. The back of the invitation featured a map of the the best of St. Louis, which was the theme for the event. The second card contained the reply and sponsor information. This ad was ran in Alive magazine. The event sold out so it must have done it's job! The event was held at the beautiful Caramel Room in the Bissinger's Chocolate Factory located in downtown St. Louis. This sign was placed in the lobby and welcomed everyone to the party. The Committee sign The main room where the band was located along with the silent auction, raffle items and food stations. Gus' Pretzels, Kaldi's Coffee, Jilly's Cupcakes and Imo's Pizza were the featured food stations. My personal fave was the ice cream cone cupcakes at the Jilly's station... you had to be crazy if you didn't love them! There were SO many great items at the Silent Auction and Raffle tables. Unfortunately I didn't win anything...maybe next year! Raffle Tickets The wine pull was really popular! I loved the sign and the whole concept. Plus, I went home with a really nice bottle of wine! Sponsorship Sign Cocktail list Walter Knoll Florist provided the amazing floral arrangements. Be sure to check out #STLclowns2015 on Twitter and Instagram to see more images from the night. And of course I had to give myself a little shout out! A few of these signs were placed around the venue. I had so much fun working with Ashley Stokes and Kelly Glennon, the co-chairs for the event, along with Kathryn Lodes and Lauren Warner from St. Louis Children's Hospital. They made this event perfect! Courtney WinetMarch 29, 20151 Comment Facebook0 Twitter LinkedIn0 0 Likes
